Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking Confirmation:-  
  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • A valid ID proof must be presented upon check-in.
  • Booking confirmation: 50% advance payment required, with the remainder due upon check-in.

        2. Check in and Check Out:-

  • Check-in time is from 12:00 PM onwards.
  • Check-out time is by 11:00 AM.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges

        3. Room Occupancy :-

  • The maximum occupancy for shared rooms is four guests per room.
  • Dormitory rooms accommodate multiple guests as specified and cannot be booked for exclusive use.

        4. Payment Policy :-

  • Prices and fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.
  • Payments can be made via cash, credit/debit card, UPI, or bank transfer.
  • All rates are inclusive of applicable taxes.

        5. Cancellation Policy :-

  • Kindly refer Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy.

        6.Security and Safety

  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The management will not be liable for any loss or damage.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and common areas.
  • Pets are not allowed on the premises

        7.Conduct:-

  • Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards other guests and staff.
  • Any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive by the management will result in immediate eviction without refund.

        8. Facilities and Services :-

  • For the price, it includes all three meals and evening snacks:

                            i.Day 1: Lunch, evening snacks, and dinner

                           ii.Day 2: Only Breakfast 

  • Additional services such as laundry, airport transfers, and tours can be arranged upon request and may incur extra charges.

         9.Liability:-

  • The management will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to guests or their property during their stay.
  • Guests are advised to use the facilities and amenities at their own risk.

         10. Changes to Terms and Condition :-

  • The management reserves the right to amend or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

         11. Governing Law:-

          These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts.
