4.Cancellation and Refunds
4.1. Cancellations Charges
- No refund for cancellations made within 10 days prior check-in.
- 50% of the advance refund for cancellations made within 20 days prior check-in.
- 100% of the advance refund for cancellation made within 30 days prior check-in.
- Booking postponing option will be available subject to availability
4.2. To request a refund, you must adhere to the cancellation policy provided by the host or activity provider. Refunds will be processed according to their terms.
4.3. We reserve the right to charge a processing fee for handling refunds, as specified in the cancellation policy.
5.Refund Policy
5.1 Cancellation by the Guest
